The Habs are a strange hockey force that are best admired and respected, beware if you cross them with contempt or try to ignore their rich and glorious history peppered with 24 Stanley Cups and a whole bunch of other brass.

Les Canadiens de Montreal were the first team to play in Pittsburgh’s Civic/Mellon Arena, The Habs won the first ever game in “The IGLOO” back in 1967 and last night they eliminated the standing Stanley Cup Champions in this same arena.
