The strike is over and tonight there is an open practice game at the Bell Centre with a Red Hans team vs a White Habs team. They started lining up at 7:30. When I waked by at 8:45 there was 10 people waiting in line to get in.

This city is hockey crazy!

I just missed the golden light hitting the Five Roses by about a minute, the time it took to change lenses. So expect to see another one like this in the near future.

As seen from above. Managed to make it to the roof of the office and grab a few shots with the iPhone. I’m definitely coming back with the Pentax and some bigger glass. Still this is a pretty cool shot of our neighboring building.
