Cafe Parisien in Lyndhurst

Nice spot for a mid ride Espresso and water bottle refill. Asked for an Allongé and was told by the barista that he didn’t speak French. Thankfully his coffee making skills made up for his lack of java-linguistics.

End of the Road: Solent Beach

Finished my morning ride (~90KM) at the complete end of the Bournemouth and Poole Promenade (8Miles). Thad the first time I’ve done that in the 18 years I’ve been coming here.

Purbecks Canuck’d

Managed to put in 90KM this morning in 3 hours. Got to the ferry an hour early and Had to circumvent Holes. Great roads and better weather.
